You can't beat an a real fire when the weather turns chilly and Townsend Nursery keeps the fire burning with seasoned, hardwood logs. Our logs are 'conditioned' in our commercial greenhouse (we don't grow plants anymore!) to achieve a moisture content of 15% - 20%. Kiln dried logs have less than 20% moisture. We also supply smokeless coal, kindling and firelighters and offer free delivery in the AL5 area.
